Appointing Governors to Internal Committees

WHEREAS, the Board of Appointing Governors is responsible for the governance, oversight, and strategic direction of the enterprise; and

WHEREAS, the Board has established internal standing committees to review matters within defined areas of responsibility and to make recommendations to the Internal Committees
The Board of Governors; and

WHEREAS, the appointment of Governors to internal committees supports orderly governance, subject-matter oversight, accountability, and efficient review of enterprise business; and

WHEREAS, hereby appoints the Board of following Governors desires to appoint members to serve on the internal committees until listed below for a term beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027, unless earlier amended, replaced, removed, or otherwise reassigned rescinded by further action of the Board;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Governors hereby appoints the following Governors to serve on the internal committees listed below:

1. Governors:
Benjamin Blevins is appointed to the Committee on Appropriations and Budget.
2. Budget.
Dan Blevins is appointed to the Committee on Capital Improvements and Construction.
3. Construction.
Jan Blevins is appointed to the Committee on Enterprise Operations.
4. Operations.
Matthew Blevins is appointed to the Committee on the Audit.
5. Audit.
Jan Blevins is additionally appointed to the Committee on Human Capital and Compensation.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that each committee member Compensation.
The appointed Governors shall serve until a successor is appointed, the appointment is amended, or the committee assignment is otherwise modified by action of in accordance with the Board purposes, duties, and procedures of Governors.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the appointed committee members are authorized to their respective committees and shall participate in committee review, deliberation, recommendation, and oversight activities consistent with the committee’s assigned purpose oversight, and recommendations to the governing policies Board of the enterprise.

This appointment shall take effect immediately upon approval by the Board of Governors.
