A meeting of the Board of Governors was held on July 16, 2026, at 11:30 AM via Zoom, the time was delayed due to a medical incident regarding a member of the Board.
1. Call to Order
Chairman Blevins gaveled the meeting to order at 11:53 AM PST.
2. Roll Call
The following members were present:

A threshold of three members has been met and qualified, quorum has been established. at 11:55 AM PST.

Governor Daniel Blevins moved to approve the minutes from June 13, 2025 Governor Matthew Blevins seconded the motion.
Seeing no objection, the motion carried unanimously with all members present and voting AYE.
