BE IT MOVED, that the Board of Governors approves and adopts the FY 2026 Operating and Capital Budget, as presented in the FY 2026 Proposed Budget Book, with total proposed expenditures of $870,617,669.68 and anticipated revenue of $951,000,000.00.

BE IT FURTHER MOVED, that the approved budget includes a $7,500,000.00 appropriation for Corporate Office Rent associated with the BioMed Realty lease agreement.

BE IT FURTHER MOVED, that the Chief Executive Officer and authorized officers are directed to administer expenditures in accordance with the adopted budget, applicable policies, and established financial controls.
